36 week update... a little late

36 Weeks Pregnant!!!

How big is baby?: Approx 18.5 inches and he weighs approx 6 lbs
Stretch marks?: Still the same two lines on the right side of my belly
Maternity clothes?: Yep!
Sleep: I've been waking up once to go to the bathroom around 4-5am and then I can't go back to sleep

Best moment this week: Spending time with my hubby.

Movement: His movements have slowed down tremendously. It scares me.
Food cravings: Strawberries and pineapple
Gender: Still a Boy
Labor Signs: Few  contractions.. not sure if they are real or just BH.
Belly Button in or out?: It's still in, for now, but barely. I have a very deep belly button, and it's starting to get flat. lol
What I miss: Sleeping on my stomach.
Weight: I weighed 161 last night before bed
What I am looking forward to: Holding my baby for the first time!!!

 

 

Justin and I have been staying VERY busy getting everything ready for the baby and for our move. I am so ready for Corbin to get here. And I want to start recovering from my c-section before we have to move. I am going to ask Dr. Avery on Thursday at our appointment if we can go ahead and do my c-section early since we will be moving in less than one month. I am REALLY hoping that he says, yes, let's do it since I will be 37 weeks!

 

We had a great day yesterday! First, we got our feet done, then we went to Smithfield and got some things for Corbin on clearance. Finally, we went to Raleigh and walked around the Crabtree Mall and we went to Janie & Jack and got Corbin the CUTEST little suit for next Easter. I am so excited about it! It was on clearance too!

For supper, we went to the Melting Pot and had a great dinner together. But after supper, I was hurting so bad. It was just gas and all I needed to do was walk around and burp, but we were driving home. As soon as we got home, I burped and felt 100 times better! lol

 

Justin put together Corbin's bassinet and swing this week. FINALLY!! Maybe that is what Corbin was waiting for!? lol... Well, it's together now, so he NEEDS to come out now!!!
