16 days!

Wow! What a day! That is all I can say!!!
Let me start by saying, I can't stand sorry ass people who want something for free!!!!
I went to Justin's house today to show it to our realtor. This is the first time I've actually been inside since the new tenants moved in. And OMG it smells like ass inside!!! I don't know how they live with the smell! In the lease, it says they are allowed 2 dogs. They paid the $150 dog fee. When I went in, the first thing I saw was a freakin rabbit!!! Then, as we are walking through the house, we saw 2 maybe 3 cats. Then, we saw ANOTHER rabbit in the back bedroom!!! Plus, they also have a dog!
So, I asked her if she had the rent money yet and she said no, it's going to be a few more days!!! OMG... they only paid $500 last month out of the $1,000 that they owe and they haven't paid anything for April !!!

So, I went down to the court house to see what I could do to get them out.. basically, we will have to pay a crap load of money to get them evicted, and we will not ever see the money they owe us.
I'm so pissed! We don't even have enough money to pay next month's mortgage because of them and now I have to pay to evict them!!! Something with that picture just is NOT right!!!

Anyway...
I had a C-Section Prep class tonight and it was very informative. I'm really glad I went. I learned a lot that I didn't know and things I wouldn't have thought to ask. The lady in charge of the class was very nice and helpful. I just hope everyone else we meet through this process is just as nice as her.

It's almost midnight. I'm exhausted! But at least this day is over. Maybe tomorrow will be better. And at least I am one day closer to seeing my husband again :)
